Well will start out with store hours on front door says opens at 9 am workers don't show up til 9:20 but don't turn open light or unlock door until 9:45. Second of all I pay insurance on a lease phone then want to charge me 50.00 dollars for phone and have to wait two day to get a replacement which I feel is wrong but anyways had to pay off broken to get a phone on the same day I was in the store then had to pay again for a phone I got the day in the store feel that the sales person didn't want to work at all with me just felt like he was only want the amount of commission he gets from the sale he made
